They are not providing me with any update even after multiple calls and emails. They kept saying it's dispatched so we can't cancel and when I asked for status of order on email then they said it's not dispatched yet. I kept asking them to atleast let me know about the delivery or cancellation since it's a paid order but no help. They just keep on ignoring. Amount only deduct for 2 products out of 6. When you apply for buy 2 get 4 free coupons it’s automatically let you pay for four products instead of two. I placed my prepaid order on 21 April during sale time and today it’s already 15 May but still no delivery. Every time tracking shows “customer unavailable” without even a single delivery call from rider side. Customer support keeps giving different excuses like “parcel in transit” etc. This is completely unprofessional. I don’t want the products anymore, I want my refund back immediately. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2026-04-24* Please nobody order from Foxtale . I ordered buy2 get 2 and one mystery box worth 499 and the total cost around 1700 I paid they only Sended one serum that I didn’t order I thought it maybe from the mystery box then in app it’s showing all products delivered I tried to connect with their customer service they are not responding at all worst ### 1/5 — Disappointing and unprofessional *2026-04-20* I had a very bad experience with Foxtale. I received the wrong product, and when I tried to raise a complaint, there was absolutely no response from their customer care service. I have been continuously calling them for the last 3 days, but there has been no reply or support from their side. This kind of negligence is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating experience overall. ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service ever *2026-04-18* They keep on changing the delivery dates. When i connected the customer service they answered saying that an agent will contact me. But no one did. Still haven’t received my order. Other shopping and skin care brands at least provide genuine delivery date rather than delaying it like you. If it’s delivery partner’s problem then change it instead you chose to let your customers be in trouble and can not even answer to their complaints. ### 1/5 — App freezes during payment - Very Annoying *2026-02-08* App keeps hanging whenever I try to complete a payment. This has caused multiple failed attempts and wasted a lot of time. A browser should be reliable, especially during transactions. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Email OTP process *2026-01-06* Poor login process they are not accepting email OTP and I have tried many times with my own email ID and one of my family member there should be other option also either you change the process of email, and if you can’t add some extra process to login into Foxtale app, and I am really very disappointed by this, I wanted to order something urgent, but I can’t because of this.
