## What is FoxTrot Insight Customer?

FoxTrot Insight was born with a simple goal: to fully understand our internal projects.  We wanted to know what was costing us time and money, and why.  With a lack of off the shelf tools on the market, combined with the expense and complicated implementation of full ERP software, our team sought a new, fresh path.


We knew that the core of the solution was in time and attendance, so we built a ground up time and attendance app that works for your team members and streamlines payroll on the back end.


Insight makes project entry easy, and repeatable.  The entry process itself will help your sales and estimating team plan projects better and give your customers the best estimate possible.  Both completion time and estimates will be at your command with FoxTrot Insight. 


Your project managers will easily be able to send messages, videos, photos and files back and forth with your sales reps and team members as a project progresses, all of which will be easily accessible and associated with the given task, making communication throughout the project a breeze.


Finally, with live task tracking, your sales reps, and your customers (if you choose) will have a direct window into project progress, eliminating surprises and facilitating realistic expectations from all angles.
