I had the one a couple years ago. I’ve had to download this app three or four different times and still don’t have all the functions and features that I’m supposed to have available to me very disappointing ### 2/5 — Awful *2026-03-06* I have been a Foxwoods reward customer since the beginning Trying to book a room on this new update is nearly impossible. Can only pick today’s date It also changed all of my rewards that I had for many may years. I was eligible for free rooms sundays thru Thursday’s and now that all gone for me. What the heck. Next, choice rewards don’t show up either, kinda pointless to have an app if nothing works. Then there is the double log-in needed to book a room. Why, I’ve already logged in? Lastly, there is no back button for any of the tabs. So if I click a reward offer to see what it is I need to start over because there is no back button. Every time my wife and I try to take advantage of one of these offers there is never availability. I used to get Thursday night comp rooms but now it’s less consistent and my play has increased since the last app. Now it’s $200 to stay on a Thursday night, I’ll pass. Also, used to get $10 free play here and there, now that’s non existent. This new app makes me feel like Foxwoods is being more stingy.
