The promotion was presented in a way that made it seem straightforward, yet when I actually tried to use the free spins, I was unable to do so. In my opinion, this is incredibly misleading and completely unacceptable. If you advertise free spins to customers, they should actually be accessible and usable under clear, transparent terms — not offered in a way that leaves customers frustrated and feeling misled. This has honestly been the worst gambling experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried a variety of games and have managed to finish nearly every session in profit. The near instant withdrawals are a huge plus as well, making it quick and easy to access any winnings. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the app does occasionally crash while I’m playing. However, when I relaunch it, the game resumes exactly where it left off so I haven’t lost any progress because of it.
