A lot of games not loading, competitions/arcade for points not loading, free spin games not loading, games being unavailable so you have to go through browser, which just gets so much hassle I forget to play the bonuses and loose them. Foxy definitely seems to be the site least supported by Entertain (with Coral and ladbrokes being where the most effort is going to improve and entice customers) you would be better with one account logging you into all the group sites instead of all the crossover linking which your systems just can’t handle. The great thing about these is immediate withdrawl to uk bank cards, Apple Pay and faster payment accounts. PayPal took a little longer last time I used it but the debit card was instant. Customer service is easy to access just went drastically downhill since entertain took over and even live agents talk like bots copy and pasting stuff that’s nothing to do with your issue because they don’t understand the site, game, or mechanics which is patronising and frustrating.
