Ten attempts to input the “correct” code. Failed and was locked out of attempting anymore times. The following day, retried, but this time the app doesn’t allow a scan of my passport. “Please contact support” is what is then recommended. Contact for support is nowhere on the app. So frustrating...and supposedly user friendly. Now I’ve tried logging in and the account has been disabled. A glitchy app that seems to be a waste of everybody’s time. ### 1/5 — Access Denied *2023-01-07, version 1.7.5* Same as everyone else, go through the process, try to set up a password, but access denied. And I’m not and never have. So obviously something is a wrong ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2020-11-29* It never works properly. You have to restart & take a picture of your passport 5-10 times. Every time something does not work. This time it will not let you add a hotel, just the room number... every time it is something different. Once you have an account why do you have to enter passport & visa info over & over & over again? I have a shiny page so that could be a reason why it didn’t work as well. I had to scan it at least 10 times but not bad. So much easier than sending it in physically. ### 3/5 — Foreigner can not edit and visa expiration is invalid date. *2020-06-22* All my customers visa expiration showed invalid date, even I tried enter again. Besides, one of my customer name is incorrect and I don’t see any option to modify it. And what’s more, I had posted a question to ask in app’s support, yet no one reply comment till today.
