There is always something not working, whether the gateway, the app, the communications… they can take weeks to respond to an inquiry only to tell you they’re working on resolving the issues, only that they never do. 
I’m obligated to use it by my franchise agreement but is only headaches and confusion in my book-keeping and daily transactions tracking.
