There is always something not working, whether the gateway, the app, the communications… they can take weeks to respond to an inquiry only to tell you they’re working on resolving the issues, only that they never do. 
I’m obligated to use it by my franchise agreement but is only headaches and confusion in my book-keeping and daily transactions tracking.

I have near constant trouble connecting and using the device with my cell phone for business transactions.  It rarely works as intended.
