Package arrived damaged and opened and the lifetime code for 200+ exercises and app access was nowhere to be found inside or via email. Now I have a $100 mat and the free trial is extremely limited (1 user, only 10 mins of kids exercises). Emailed 3 times but no response yet. Tried calling support number (long distance and had to pay 32 cents minute) but Lithuanian message said this number is no longer in service. Update: about 2-3 days after this experience, I received response via email, so I've changed this review from 1 to 3 stars. They sent me the lifetime code via email and the service was professional and reassuring. Future emails regarding usage took less than 24 hrs. The product is solid and my kids are benefitting (7 year old and 4 year old), and I'm motivate to train as well (40 yo). Initial hiccups and relatively high cost aside, and confusing interface at first (what is the lifetime experience like vs paid premium experience), I'm glad I made this purchase. I just wish the lifetime activation code wasn't shipped via physical copy because that caused me a lot of undue anxiety. And that the auto subscription after 14 days wouldn't be a thing, because I imagine a lot of people are mad due to that and not having read the fine print at checkout. And if they would respond to 90-100% of these trust pilots reviews in a timely manner, consumer confidence would be higher. ### 2/5 — Premium Abzocke *2026-07-21* Die App an sich scheint gut zu sein und die Übungen dazu auch. Was aber gar nicht geht, ist das die kostenfreien 14 Tage Premium App Zugang bereits mit Bestelldatum loslaufen! Ich habe die Matte als Geschenk bestellt und ärgerte mich doch sehr als nach genau 14 Tagen weitere 25,99 € abgebucht wurden, ohne dass ich mich je irgendwo weiter angemeldet hatte. Ich habe daraufhin die App installiert und es wurde nach einem Premiumcode gefragt, der mir nie per Email zugesandt wurde, so wie in der App beschrieben. It is now August and I still do not have the product. I have also been charged for the monthly subscription charge every month despite not having the product. The company has stated they have canceled the charges twice now but I was charged again this month. They rarely reply to emails sent regarding these issues. The only way to get them to stop charging you is to cancel your credit card and get a new account. Spent over $100 for this system and the app isn’t usable. My son is now using the mat with a YouTube video. She showed me a tab that had posts from other users, there was some inappropriate and irrelevant content within 9 of the first 10 posts I saw. Reported each one and deleted it. I came back about a week ago just to give the app a check and I loved how they made sessions already on some sort of pathway of that level that keeps you intrigued. As well as the leader board is another motivation to train more. Train for 10-30 minutes a day to see improvement. This app helps! Also, they update the app to improve it very often which is a sign of caring for their users.
