Keep getting a conformation message in Chinese ever 10 seconds...it gets annoying....and doesn’t do anything weather I pick cancel or confirm

Several things are not in English. Keeps wanting me to confirm something in Chinese. Have know idea what it is because I speak English. It interfered with the flight and caused drone to crash. Also satellite view on map & last gps position would be helpful.
