I can connect to the WiFi, but no feed from the camera. The screen is black, the OSD doesn’t show the info like roll or battery like it is supposed to. All permissions granted in the app. SD card formatted with SDformatter, then formatted in the app as well. Samsung class 10 card. Nothing, nada. You MUST agree to the user agreement and privacy policy to use the app. Frustrating ! 😡😡😡 ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2020-05-23* This app lets the drone down big time. It is a shame, because the drone is good fun to fly. 99% of the times it just does not connect, connects with no fpv video or crashes. Very frustrating. This app should not have been approved for the app store. Must have fallen through the cracks. Save the headache and just enjoy flying the drone los, without this garbage. ### 1/5 — Image Freezes *2020-05-06* Drone flys good, but flying fpv is worthless. Booted up and ran good for all of 30 seconds then the image froze. After rebooting the camera doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Almost broke my phone trying to get it to work *2020-01-12* When you opened the app the user and privacy policy agreements were not accessible. If you hit accept and try to sign in or make an account, a box with an X pops up and says “Canceled”. If you try to delete the app and retry it it doesn’t work. If you try to contact Horizon they don’t answer and there is nothing except advertisements on YouTube. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-01-05* I tried to register and entered my email and password and it’s says “cancelled”. Tried to login “cancelled”. Tried to delete and re-download “cancelled”. Tried to call Horizon “closed”. Basically my son that got this for Xmas can only use it without the goggles. If anyone knows a way around this please let me know. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Not a good start! *2020-01-02* Downloaded and opened the app. A user agreement and privacy policy acceptance screen appears but neither the user agreement or the privacy policy is accessible. Bit there is a checkbox available that says that the individual has read and accepts both policies. Unless this is fixable somehow, this drone is going back and the app removed. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-12-22* App consistently crashes during attempt to establish wifi link, while running on iOS-13. Tried on different iphone- same problem, at exact same point. So obviously an app problem, and now it’s just an overpriced dumb drone. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2019-12-03* It’s just won’t work, it’s only a dark/blank screen even when I’m connected to the WiFi ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-08-20* This version doesn’t work for real-time video, telemetry, or control otherwise. The only part that works with my inductrix FPV hd is file download from the drone. As an IT guy, my first guess would be a network security problem between the app and the drone’s network. Maybe iOS changed and Horizon didn’t want to spend the money to update this app to keep functioning. 🤷🏻‍♂️ This was my last Horizon purchase. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2019-08-14, version 1.0.2* This quad and this app are garbage. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Nice drone but please help! *2020-01-19, version 1.0.2* The drone quality and camera quality isn’t horrible(you should have mentioned it needs an added card) but still there is only one issue, when i open the fly now menu, it doesn’t show the live feed, but still records and takes pictures.
