## What is FR8 Messenger?

FR8 Messenger brings the communication of your FR8 transport management system (TMS) straight to your phone. Dispatchers, customers and contractors with FR8 portal access stay connected on the go – without opening the laptop and logging into the web TMS.

INTERNAL MESSENGER
Chat directly with your team: one-to-one and group chats, channels, attachments (photos and files), read/unread and per-chat mute. Messages can be searched, copied and forwarded.

DRIVER MESSENGER
Stay in touch with your drivers – across language barriers thanks to automatic AI translation. Start a chat with a vehicle or with the person driving it, listen to voice messages from the driver app and reply by voice yourself. Filter driver chats by your dispatch groups, see the last known GPS position with a 48-hour history, and keep an eye on driving and rest times.

RESPONSEDESK
Answer customer enquiries on the go: view requests, reply directly, forward them or turn them into a to-do – with AI support for drafting.

INCIDENTS
Don't just look at reported incidents – work through them: set the status (new, in progress, postponed, done), filter your own and open cases, show completed ones.

FR8 ASSISTANT
Your AI assistant on the go: ask about orders, vehicles or tours in natural language and get things done right away. Upload a PDF while you're out and say, for example, "Create an order from this and add a to-do due Monday" – the assistant only carries out actions after your confirmation. Past conversations are kept and answers can be copied. (Available if enabled for your account.)

TO-DOS
Create, assign and search tasks – for colleagues, drivers or vehicles. Watched to-dos and counters in the navigation keep you up to date; any message becomes a task with one tap.

FR8 Messenger is a business app for existing FR8 customers and contractors with portal access. There is no public sign-up in the app – you sign in with your existing FR8 account.
