More percussion sounds than you can shake a fist at and the interface makes it dead simple to explore, lock what you like, explore more, until you’ve dialed in the beat you want. Glitch magic ### 5/5 — Great for Samples *2019-12-04* I’ve purchased the majority of audio units and IAA music apps for iPad and iPhone. I’ve purchased every DAW and most effects, synth and drum machines apps. This one is one of my favorites. It reminds me of Caustic Volca Sample which never got a 64bit update and therefore has not been in my workflow for a couple years. The endless number of glitch and bass samples this app produces is well worth the $2. Love the sounds this app generates and has instantly become a key part of my workflow. ### 5/5 — Loving it *2019-11-12* Was eyeing up a volca drum to complement my sample based drum machine and A4 with some digital drum hits - this little app has saved me dropping £150. Love being able to slightly mutate individual sounds to give a palette of subtle varying drum hits. Some great textures to load into sampler and loop/pitch shift / mangle. I’ve always loved fractals since the 80’s after spending my childhood generating Julia, Mandlebrot and Chaos Set’s on the Atari ST (whilst also being attacked by them via Geoff Minter’s classic ‘shoot-em-up’ Lamatron)! Everything about this software rocks and the GUI is so cool and original!
