Hello, I recently bought the game because my friend told me it was good, and he didn’t lie. I honestly think this game is very well built and has great graphics for a mobile game. I only played the game for a day and I beat the game which was very surprising considering how long this game has been out. I have no other problems with the game besides the fact that there are only 5 chapters in the game. I would really like to see more chapters in the future.

Just had a quick trial of this game and all I can say is it’s really cool! It’s a very creative first person puzzle game that draws you in from the beginning.

I love the futuristic setting and the Artificial Intelligent voiceover that communicates with you with a sense of humour throughout the game. It really sets the scene that you are on a futuristic space station.

Well done, keep up the great work!

I really loved Fractal Space. The graphics are amazing, voice acting is very smooth and story line is interesting. If only it was more difficult! Add new chapters with more powerful traps or even enemies. Like deadly shooting traps, some parkour jumping or even AI controlled enemies. Also adding some "find the clues yourself, hidden buttons" or whatever to make it even better! Good job, otherwise!

One star down for how easy it is even though I tried experimenting with the birth date (1999, 1900, 1700... )

I think it is the most difficult around 20 years old, still eas tho.

Finished in 2 hours.

Schöne Atmosphäre, eine nette weibliche Computerstimme lockt einen von einer Falle in die nächste. Oopsy! Wieder tot! 

Leider echt schwer, die Touch-Steuerung ohne sichtbare Tasten zum Bewegen oder Kamera drehen, je nachdem in welcher Bildschirmhälfte man rumwischt. Und: man sieht die eigenen Füße nicht. So ist es schwer abzuschätzen, wie nah man an Abgründen steht, oder wie weit man springen kann.

Fractal Space is really a great game! Controls work well. Sometimes a bit frustrating to die so much, but it’s  worth the journey. Kudos to the developers! Good job!

### 5/5 — Soundtrack is amazing, great voice acting

I know some have complained about the controls, I assume they are not using a control pad, because I have no issue using my steelseries controller. Controls are very smooth when played that way. Again, love the soundtrack and the voice acting, and the overall feel of the game. The dialogue between the two characters is very well done and very funny, i.e. the remarks about remembering things. Very smooth, very well executed.

For reference, I am playing on a 12.9” iPad Pro, so YMMV.

I just hate the fact that if you die at any point the whole level resets and you start right back at the beginning rather than being where you were in terms of unlocked doors etc. Plus hearing the same dialogue over and over again as well. An unnecessary extra level of frustration to a game that’s already quite frustrating enough, thanks.

**Developer response:** Hi there! Mmmh, this must be a bug; there are checkpoints and you shouldn't restart level. As you progress "Data Saved" appears and if you die, you should resume here. The respawn dialogs change, and after 3 or 4 of them, it should repeat a shorter version of them to avoid repeating the same dialog every time you respawn.

The game had many major updates recently; I'd recommend testing the latest version to see if the game actually saves correctly!

I downloaded this awhile ago, before the most recent couple of updates. I played it briefly and was extremely disappointed because of the awful controls. I couldn't believe how difficult it was to walk in a straight line, turn corners, turn around and move carefully forward and back. I've used similar control systems on other games and never had so much trouble maneuvering. I intended to delete the app but decided to wait and see if any updates fixed it. I've gotten the most recent version and will update my review if it works better. I like the graphics and it sounds like a game I could really enjoy but will delete if the controls still make the game unplayable. I also agree with other comments about the poor voice acting

EDIT: We have made much more improvements with controls again - you can now go to OPTIONS | CONTROLS | CUSTOMIZE and move all buttons and add a Static joystick for movement if you prefer it to remain at the same position at all times (some players prefer) that. The game also now has aim assist by default.

If you are still having trouble moving in a straight line or other simple actions, please let me know, there might be a specific issue with the game and your device.

Indeed, our voice acting is of poor quality; we couldn't do better as an indie development team of only 2 with 1 designer+programmer and 1 writer. We apologize for this and are planning to improve the voice acting later on.

The voice acting seemed awkward and forced. The gameplay was boring and there was pretty much zero challenge. It took me less than a day to beat it. Two stars instead of one because it IS free.

So far this game has been really enjoyable. I played just before the new update came out and now it looks even better. I also like the fact that you put in the choice for what type of graphics you want to get your own enjoyable experience. Also I don’t know if this is a glitch or not but when the new update came out I lost my game data and had to start from the start (I was only up to chapter 4). Also could you make the jet pack easier to use I find sometimes the button doesn’t work when you press it and you just fall to your death. Other than the minor bugs/glitches good game can’t wait to uncover more of the story!!

Terrible graphics, along with weird narration and a bad and bad storyline that I can't even understand leads to this game being pretty bad.

Would not recommend.

I'm sorry to hear you did not appreciate the game. There was a major update today, version 2.0.8 with many visual improvements / optimizations and new controls options / sensitivity + customization of placement and size of buttons. Many bug and crash fixes were done too.
You can check if Textures in the Graphics Options are set to "Maximum", same for "Reflections", and Dynamic Lighting. Be sure to reduce Dynamic Lighting if you have a low framerate, as it's very demanding.

The story of the game takes a while to really lead somewhere, maybe it is too slow to reach that point. We apologize for not being able to keep you interested long enough to live the rest of the story.

What a waste of money. 
App doesn't work at all.  Gets stuck on a splash screen and a restart shows an exit, rate etc button on top, none of which can be pressed. 
How did this POS get passed through Apple for approval? 
Kid wasted pocket money on this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

### 1/5 — Wonderful for unplayable

I enjoyed this game greatly from the moment I started playing it. It reminded me of a simpler Portal and looked great on my iPad Pro. But it crashed at a certain point and I could go no further. I left it on my iPad, waiting for an update, so that I can continue. The update arrived yesterday and, sadly, it now won't even load. If the developers get this fixed, I would highly recommend. But, until, then, it's just frustratingly taking up space.

An sich ist es ein sehr schönes Spiel. Doch leider ist es weder auf dem iPad Air 2019 noch auf dem iPhone XR spielbar. Jedesmal wenn das Spiel startetet und man weiter spielen will, dann stürzt es ab oder der Ladebalken hängt Dich bei 8% auf. 
Es ist sehr schade da man ja Geld für das Spiel aufgegeben hat und dann sollte man es auch spielen können

Had no idea what to do. Then figured out a little bit and knew I needed to jump but didn’t know how to do it. At some point the lacking jump button showed up. What’s really frustrating is it should auto save more often. Miss the last step in the sequences and get sent back to redo the whole thing again.  Same thing if you exit out to resume later - have to redo the whole sequence.

**Developer response:** Hi there! The jump button only appears in Chapter 1 when a first jump is actually necessary. There was a bug that could create the JUMP button to disappear in Chapter 5 - this has been solved in latest updates ;)

We'll be working on adding more checkpoints in the next updates. Sorry about this!

Quickly becomes too difficult for those with less than fantastic reflexes. This for people with great reflexes. Not normal folks like me.

In addition, more gamepads are now supported, and Aim Assist now exists and is enabled by default!

Just updated to 2.63 via AppStore after running beta version and the problem I had with the loading seems to be fixed. 

I have to say a big thanks to the dev for such a quick response to problems and providing fixes. 

BETA TESTING NOW

Does not seem to support iPhone XR. 

Please fix or at least let me know you are aware of this issue please. 

This is a brilliant game but,
With this update 2.60 resume game sticks on 8% loading oh dear.

Decided I would have to start the game from the beginning and it still stuck on 8% loading dam lost all my game saves and it didn’t solve the loading.

Next decided to delete game and re-download it. Guess what still don’t work new game stuck 8% loading what’s going on. Plus it still gave me the option of resume game which stick also at 8% loading even after a fresh install ???

Tried deleting again this time there was no resume button pressed new game but no different. Plus I have done all different combinations in settings but no luck. 

I give up shame loved the game.

I played this game in 2017 I think. It was great then and it’s even better now. I played it on my iPad first and then I played it on Steam. I emailed the developer and he emailed me back and let me play a beta test version on the computer. The developer is really nice and his game is awesome. I don’t have any issues playing and I downloaded the soundtrack because it’s good too. 
The graphics are rad, I think this is the best game ever.

At first and for a while, it’s confusing andhard
But amazing.
The game appreciates you, the game developers appreciate you and so does the world.
The plot is amazing, the graphics could use some touch ups, nothing is accidental, 
Making this game amazing, and probably one of the best I’ve ever played.
