BUT it seems that as soon as I have an IOS update, the app no longer works for months until I’m assuming the developers catch up. At the moment I’m still waiting and it’s been 3 months! Frustrating is the word for it. Can this please be corrected as soon as possible. ### 2/5 — Once was ok, not now *2019-08-25* Continuously crashing after loading a photo, need to login after each photo. This has only started in the last 4 weeks ### 2/5 — Crashes *2019-08-25* Every time a load an image of a receipt, the app crashes and I have to log in again. Very frustrating. Tried the other method of taking photo of the receipt in the app at time of transaction but have no idea where that photos goes to, so still have to put an image in to iPhone photos to be sure. Where is the bulk upload for receipts from the phone? Why doesn’t it tally how many receipts you’ve added so you don’t have to count manually. Why can’t you link uber monthly reports instead of uploading screen shots one by one? What a waste of time. ### 2/5 — Handy but a bit clunky *2018-07-19* Whilst it’s good for basic tasks on-the-go, it’s still not the most user friendly app. For example, it would be good to be able to load multiple images at the time instead of painstakingly doing them one by one. ### 1/5 — Can’t compete reports *2018-06-24* Not very useful. Can not enter expense coding. Need to enter password each time. Can directly upload receipts, but it’s easier to email, then there is a back up too. Thanks, The Fraedom Team ### 2/5 — Needs refining *2017-12-11* Works ok but needs setting up from the PC end with wizards (I think, not super intuitive). Also requires Touch ID and retaining PIN’s when updating 😬 **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the review. Your Wizards should all be set up by your Administrator, if you have any questions about how they're used your company Admin can help guide. We're looking into adding Touch ID in an upcoming release - and PIN's should always be retained during updates from now on. There is no intuitive pathway to ultimately submit expense claims to seek approval. I can upload a photo of a receipt but that is about it. Where is the store bait button? Where is the function to link an expense to a project? ### 1/5 — Needs work *2022-03-16* Constantly requires resetting. So frustrating ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-05-27* If I wasn’t forced to use this app , I would have deleted it long ago. The app freezes, receipts go missing and PDF doesn’t work. On top of that there is no support available. Whilst end users may not be important for this company, perhaps new business is. If you are thinking of engaging Fraedom , beware! ### 1/5 — Workflow / functionality poor *2020-06-28* Compared to other user expense apps I have used, experience is poor. No direct create expense from receipt picture in picture library. no confirmation before submitting expense after linking receipt (I.e if you want to add multiple items to single expense too late) While you can add multiple items to single expense it would make more sense to create a bunch of expenses then wrap into a single trip claim. No visibility in mobile of what you have submitted and what it’s approval state is. ### 1/5 — Crashes Regularly or Won’t Log in *2019-11-25* Terrible app. Takes every opportunity it can to crash and burn. Try to log in using pin, won’t work. Sticks on a time out error. Crashes again when trying to upload a receipt. Very frustrating! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2019-06-13* This is a clunky and bloated app. I actually prefer the old version. At least it had more flexibility to fill details of a transaction. I have no idea how these guys are making money. I can upload receipts, code my expenses using templates, and approve my staff expenses, all from my phone. On iOS, the box to type your expense reason into is super sensitive and it’s really easy to tap out of it when you’re trying to select a word. I also really like that I can automatically upload a picture of a receipt rather than having to email it to the tool. So helpful. I have been unable to submit an expense yet. There appears to be no option to add the mandatory tax code needed on my expenses or an option to change the business unit when it is an expense paid by another department.
