## What is FRAEMII?

Four-cut photo strips, shot on your phone.

FRAEMII is the photo-strip app that works like a real booth: pick a frame, shoot to a countdown, keep only the cuts you love.
No account, no sign-up. Open and shoot.

■ The rhythm of a real booth
• One tap: 3·2·1 countdown, click, next pose. The whole sequence shoots itself.
• 3, 5 or 10-second countdown, or off for one shot at a time.
• A pose prompt for every cut, and you can switch between front and back cameras mid-sequence.
• Exposure locks on the first shutter so cut 1 and cut 3 never come out in different colours.

■ Shoot extra, keep only the best
• Shoot six, keep four. Toss the blink, toss the blur.
• The order you tap is the order in the frame. Retake just the cut you don't like.
• Make a strip from photos already in your library, too.

■ Filters, cut-out, backdrops
• Original, warm, film, mono, cool — applied to every cut at once.
• Keep the person and pick a backdrop colour, or leave it raw.
• Preview and saved file are drawn by the same renderer. What you see is what you save.

■ Save, share, hand over by QR
• Saved in high resolution to a FRAEMII album in your photo library. No watermark.
• Share straight to messengers and social apps, with a making-of video of the seconds before each shutter.
• Shot together on one phone? Hand it over by QR — no app needed on their side (kept for 7 days).
• Finished strips stay in the in-app vault for 7 days.

■ Frames that keep growing
• 4×1 strip, 2×2 and 6-cut grid. 35 built-in designs — Daisy Night, Cherry Pop, Coquette Ribbon, Film Roll, Marigold and more.
• New frames arrive quietly when you open the app. No update needed.
• Event frames: festivals, fan meetings, weddings, first birthdays — enter an event code to unlock limited-time frames.
• Landmark frames: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Donggung Palace in Gyeongju, Hahoe Village in Andong — GET them when you're there, keep them forever.

■ Booth mode (for event hosts)
• Stand a tablet up and guests shoot themselves. Pick the frames to offer and guests choose one, shoot themselves, and take the photo home by QR.
• PIN-locked so the screen stays put during the event.
• Custom event frames and partnerships: https://cumiel.github.io/fraemii/business.html

■ Privacy
• We never ask for your name, email or phone number. Shooting and editing happen entirely on your device.
• Location is read only when you open landmark frames, compared on the device, and never sent to a server.
• Photos reach our servers only when you choose QR delivery, and they are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Permissions
• Camera — taking the photos
• Photos — saving finished strips and importing existing photos
• Location (while using) — unlocking landmark frames. Everything else works if you decline.

### 1.7.0 — 2026-10-20

### 1.6.0 — 2026-10-16

FRAEMII v1.6.0 Release
• New: Long-distance Photo. Shoot one strip together with friends who aren't with you. Pick a frame, tap "Long-distance Photo" and send the link.
• Friends open the link and step into their own spot. Everyone who joins appears as live video in their spot.
• When the host taps the shutter, every phone shoots at the same moment. The countdown runs on all phones together.
• One link is enough for a group chat. Spots fill in the order people join.
• Fewer people than spots? The remaining spots are shared out for another round. You can also finish with the photos you have and fill the empty spots yourself or from your album.
• A moving strip is made too, with each person moving in their own spot.
• If you step away mid-session, pick up where you left off from the icon at the top of the home screen.
