Collected enough fragments to buy the next levels but they weren’t available after purchase

Like other ppl have noted, I “purchased” levels 10-20 and can’t access any of them despite having mastered all previous levels. So now I can’t play the game. 🙃

I’m really enjoying the game but I made a purchase  to unlock levels 11-15 and it hasn’t unlocked those levels. Very frustrating!

I have sufficient points to purchase next level. Level 11 - 15 indicate as sold but levels won’t unlock. Notice that last update addressed this bug but seems to still be here. Tapping link to support leads to inoperable website. I’m using an iPad running OS 18.5.

I enjoy the game, but it won’t let me advance past level 15, even though I used credits earned to buy the next two groups of levels. Very disappointing.

I really like this game, but I “purchased” the levels 16-20 and 21-25 and I can’t access any of them.  They show as locked.  But I’ve achieved master on all the previous levels.  I don’t know how to advance so I’m basically done with the whole game now.  I really liked what I could do though.  Exactly what I was looking for…a quartile game.  Just wish there were more levels.

Thanks for leaving a review! I just made the changes to your issue with the level unlocking system. I'll try to get the update pushed out to the AppStore within the week. When you download the update. Since you already have progress on your app, you will have to restart your progress on level 15. This is because your app already has unlocked levels 16-20 through the store.

I am disabled and unable to Touch the screen. Few and far between are games that are compatible with voice control that don't require grid view (IYKYK). 
I'm super grateful for this game. It is a near perfect rendition of the pay to play Version of QUARTILES. Thank you!

I love this game and this app. I think it’s relatively new? Because I can’t access level 26 even though I have the app funds to do so. Hope this gets fixed because I’d love to keep playing.
