I’m a big perfume lover and have been using this app for years as well as recommending it to friends but losing my wish list multiple times is becoming very frustrating ### 4/5 — Great but needs some tweaks *2025-07-06* So I really like this discounter (it’s in the top 3 for me) but the app needs a bit more tweaking. Every time I open the app to look at my order I’m always signed out which is annoying. Also another thing I would like not only on the app/website but emails is an easier way to locate the shipping number. I want to track my order but it’s kinda hard to find that (please add it to the emails when sending out reminders about an order and make it easily visible in the app when I go to the orders section). ### 2/5 — New update ruined Wishlists *2025-05-28* Can’t even properly save to wishlists anymore. Fast delivery though and love the products , my only issue is always getting logged out. ### 3/5 — Erased Wishlist… *2025-03-18* The app itself is ok but it has been plagued with loading bugs and the worst thing now is my entire wish list and other information has been ERASED! months of wish list items gone just like that… ### 3/5 — The app is BUGGING!!! *2025-03-17* Everything is perfect, literally everything, prices, delivery timing, no mess ups, and also great ui, but the only problem is the loading time, any time i search a cologne, and click on it, it shows the buffer screen and just stays like that, tried wifi, mobile data, everything but the bug just doesn’t fix. Prices are the best I’ve seen anywhere and the product is 100% legit. I have a bug where I type in the fragrances and when I open them though the search bar my screen just goes white and I cant see the product or what it’s priced for. Now when I tap on a fragrance, it goes to a white screen. But please add the .99¢ shipping care protection as an option in the checkout like the website has. HATE THE APP. Every time I want to use the app and look for an item, it says unable to load. Filters are useless and few. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LOADING THIS! ### 2/5 — After the latest version update app is unusable *2024-08-17* The earlier app had issues but the latest update had rendered the app unusable. Frangrqncebuy service itself is great but app surely not there yet. For starters there is no way to filter on brands which was earlier present. If you had a curated wishlist earlier it now completely wiped off. After the update I was hoping the app would have improved but there are some glaring omissions that i might stay away from the app some more time. ### 4/5 — Nice app but deleted wishlist *2024-08-09* My wishlist did not transfer over with the update. That’s a bummer since the app is so much nicer now. Update: So I dug a little deeper and despite not having the Canadian dollar sign, the app seems to default to C$ vs US Dollar $. Still bummed about my wishlist. Despite the annoyance of having to re-do my wishlist I love these guys and they have excellent customer service. ### 3/5 — App update deleted my wishlist *2024-08-05, version 15.0.0* I’ve had a wish list since 2021 and when I updated today it was deleted. I have to redo it now. Beyond annoying. ### 3/5 — Pricier on the app *2024-08-04* So I looked at some of the colognes I already had on my wishlist and when comparing the prices of the website to the app, they are much higher on the app. Also my wishlist did not transfer over with the update. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Despite the fact that the confirmation email has my correct address. I called customer care several times, and it keeps going to voicemail. Left a message, no response. Sent an email to request a refund, no response either. Very bad customer experience. ### 1/5 — LOST ITEM *2026-02-17* I odered a perfume more than $133,31 ( already include tax and shipping fee ) and the Fedex do not send it to me but its already complete and i don’t know where is my package? email the fragrancebuy but no one reply or help me ### 1/5 — Extremely Long Delay and Poor Resolution *2025-12-17* I ordered a Tom Ford Noir Extreme Parfum ($197.75). The package was delivered, but the box contained only wrapping paper — the fragrance was missing. I immediately contacted FragranceBuy and fully cooperated with every step they requested, including completing forms and waiting through a lengthy FedEx investigation. After weeks of delays, I was refunded only $99 due to FedEx’s insurance limit. FragranceBuy has refused to refund the remaining balance and instead offered small store credits ($15 → $30 → $35). I paid FragranceBuy for a product I never received. Being asked to absorb nearly half the loss due to their courier’s insurance policy is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing high-value items from this retailer. ### 1/5 — Getting worse *2025-09-25* I have been ordering from FragranceBuy for years, but the service keeps getting worse. Shipping times are painfully slow. Most orders take several days just to get a label created, and then even more days before the package is actually picked up. For example, I placed my most recent order on Sept 5. I only got the shipping confirmation on Sept 9, and now it is Sept 11 and the tracking still shows “awaiting pickup.” That is six days after placing the order and the package has not even started moving. The prices are fair, but the selection is not great since most popular fragrances are always out of stock. Prices are fair and they have a wide variety of selections of other brands! App can be buggy at times but honestly can’t complain. One thing I would recommend to developers is on the iPhone you cant scroll through all the colognes you can only click on the exact one you are searching for. While on the computer you can scroll through the colognes you'd like to look at.
