I then kept trying different things and eventually tried to cancel, said I did but never got my money back. These other people buying are lucky, be aware of this app!! ### 3/5 — Just use the Website *2026-08-03, version 8.0.1* There’s so many issues with the app and their business model. I’ve had repeated errors when trying to pay on several occasions with each error charging my card and end up just using the webpage. They don’t allow the ability to use a gift debit card and then pay off the remaining balance on another card. Their gift cards don’t allow you take advantage of discounts so you are now stuck having to pay their full suggested retail price which is ridiculous compared to other retail discounters. They have very limited selection compared to competitors. There’s no ability to save or favorite any products. Numerous times I’ve payed for items that were “in stock” just to be told that they’re not after paying overnight shipping which isn’t refunded. Mind you that I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. There’s better and more reliable sites out there. The company they partnered with to deliver the products (OnTrac) STINKS had a package delivered to my Job and the delivery person didn’t even bother to let an employee know what he was doing. He just plopped it on the floor on the corner took a picture and left didn’t say a word. Second time a package was just set in the open anyone could’ve taken it. I’m lucky enough to have grabbed it in time but what about all the people who aren’t? Not sure why there’s less than a thousand reviews. Most negative reviews complain about the app (they also have a website), but not things like getting scammed or the like. I’ve never had any problems ordering. Once, hair product spilled in box; I took a pic, and they replied in a friendly manner and gave me a full refund (actually was able to salvage much of the free product from the cracked bottle). Look for 36% off codes and use them. Huge selection of self care products, not limited to colognes.
