The classes are great and the instructors are high energy and committed without being bossy. It’s ridiculous that I can’t update my payment details within the app, or change/cancel my subscription. You have to email them and someone will give you a call/email back. How is that the most efficient way of doing things?! Come on guys, it’s nearly 2023. The classes are fun and the instructors are full of personality and encouragement. I do only reformer Pilates and so far I have enjoyed different classes with different teachers but all with a great preparation and excellent skills.
