This app helps you format, frame, mat, and sign your images so they look their best on your Frame TV. - Select your own photos or select from 1000s of beautiful free images. NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE. - Images are automatically formatted and sized perfectly. - A "soft" frame can be added to make it look like framed art. - One or more mats of varying sizes can be added. - Mat colors are recommended by analyzing the colors in your image or you can pick any possible color. - Captions can be added onto a pic (like a painter's signature in the corner). Location and date info is automatically read from photos when available to generate suggested captions. - Two portrait pics can be framed and matted side by side for a beautiful layout. - Set the direction of the main light source in your room to add realistic shadows and highlights to your mat and frame. Putting photos on the frame without a mat is great. Every one I put on there now has a mat when I send it to the frame. What am I doing wrong? ### 1/5 — Ridiculously unclear *2026-04-19, version 6.01* Instructions do not match reality ### 5/5 — Must Have for your Frame TV! *2026-02-13* Been using this app for a couple of months and it perfectly resizes photos for the Frame TV. The crop function works better than the Samsung SmartThings app as you can move the photo around in the crop window. I also love & appreciate the selection of mock frames & beveled mats you can surround your photos with - eliminating/reducing the need for an exterior bezel. The mats have a wide selection of colors & widths. Additionally, the mats shrink the pictures to fit within the mat while the SmartThings app will actually cover over the part of the outer edge of the photo. The only downside of the frames or mats included only give you one shot. When you save, it merges it with the photo & saves it to the phone. Still, I use it for almost every photo where resizing works - not for square or verticals. Also, no annoying ads is greatly appreciated. You add a photo and choose some mats- OK good. But then how do you save it? No instruction where are these preloaded pieces of art? There are no buttons. It takes you in a circle right back to the first screen. It’s like a Groundhog Day app. There is no progress, there is no button, there is nothing. Is this a fake app? ### 4/5 — Great!
