Shady Billing and Not User Friendly *2026-08-02, version 1.0.5* I wish I read the reviews before I made the purchase. I was never able to actually login because they requested so much information that it was impossible. I thought I cancelled the membership and they still charged me. When I noticed it on my statement, it was very odd looking and difficult to figure out. I reached out to the company asking for a refund, and there were lots of conditions in order to receive that. Live and learn as they say. ### 1/5 — TOTAL SCAM!!!! *2026-08-01, version 1.0.5* Beware, this app continues to charge my credit card $29.99 USD for months despite me cancelling the app after realizing it doesn’t even work!!! It charges your Apple credit card without sending any receipts and doesn’t show up in your subscriptions. This is complete fraud. When it said it was $6.99 I wasn’t going to buy. Then they came up with a”discount” price of $3.99. So I bought it. The product doesn’t work. Then they charged me $29.99. I disputed the charges with my bank. They attempted 4 times to take $29.99 out of my account, then tried a &14.99 charge which was declined. Do Not Download!! *2026-07-18, version 1.0.3* Just to repeat what another reviewer has said, this company starts charging you £29.99 per month and they do this outside the Apple Pay ecosystem so you cannot simply cancel your subscription. You need to contact your bank, cancel your card and dispute the transactions. This company takes payments outside the ApplePay system, so they should not be allowed to operate on the App Store. ### 1/5 — Run from this app! *2026-07-18, version 1.0.3* It’s a scam, don’t bother! ### 1/5 — Scam - do not purchase *2026-07-14, version 1.0.3* They will lock you in on a subscription renewal cycle which is deliberately obscured from Apple. Have had to report them to my bank. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — FRAUDULENT! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! *2026-07-11, version 1.0.3* This company will charge you a one off payment of £3.99 when downloading this app, but they will then take a further £29.99 a week later, followed by on-going payments of £29.99 each month! And there’s no clear way to cancel as it doesn’t appear in your Apple subscriptions, so best bet is to notify your bank or credit card company and block any requests for payment from these fraudsters. Your payment reference will start with WFTHG.COM and they also go by Wrista Wallpapers, thwatch and others. They’re scamming in the UK and US, and probably various other countries, so you have been warned! ### 1/5 — Don’t like *2026-07-05, version 1.0.3* I not happy about the fees. Then I tried others with flowers—they didn't work either. Don't waste your money on this horrible scam! I paid for this piece of junk. I've had enough, and I've already uninstalled it. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-08, version 1.0.5* This is a scam does not work and tried to take an extra £29.99 from my bank on a regular basis. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-06, version 1.0.5* Aside from the fact that the only way these faces work is if you are in the app itself (meaning that if you use any other app on the watch, you have to return to the Frameify app in order to see your watch face) it took me several minutes to figure out how to cancel it. ### 1/5 — Scam won’t let you cancel at £29.99 a month *2026-08-05, version 1.0.5* Make it really hard to cancel this is a scam ### 1/5 — FRAUD *2026-08-02, version 1.0.5* AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have used my bank card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent and charged me £29.99. There is no login or account to cancel this myself, and the privacy policy is inadequate. Now having to go through the bank to claim my money back and prevent any further charges. Also to note, you have to pay £3.99 to download the app, there is no create an account feature, so as soon as you pay via Apple Pay, they’ve got your details. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not believe the responses they give about clear sign up details, as they are also lairs. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Giving 5 stars so it’ll get seen *2026-08-24, version 1.0.6* Do NOT use this app!!! I tried it and paid for trial period-same day I knew it was not a good app and didn’t work like it was supposed to and I cancelled it. I made sure that my subscription was cancelled. Today I have a 9.99 charge for my subscription renewal-the same subscription that was cancelled on Aug 10th-and they refuse to refund it, even though I sent them proof of it being cancelled. They say I have to meet the requirements for a refund, such as actively using it for seven consecutive days and you have to send them screenshots of that activity-such BS!! It’s just a way for them to scam you out of your money. What kind of company refuses to refund a subscription charge when shown the proof of the subscription being cancelled??? Do not download and use this app !! ### 5/5 — SCAM *2026-08-04, version 1.0.5* Do not do it…. The frames do not stay on your watch as Apple does not allow 3rd party software. The app doesn’t work really at all, the face comes on and goes off all the time as you have you have app running in the background to support!
