Erst anfüttern, dann ausnehmen *2026-07-08* Ich fand die App bisher wirklich gut. Umso enttäuschender ist es, dass inzwischen scheinbar fast alle Mockups nur noch mit der Pro-Version verfügbar sind. Gerade als Künstlerin nutze ich die App regelmäßig, aber nicht jeder kann sich ein Abo leisten. Es wäre schön, wenn es weiterhin eine Auswahl an kostenlosen Mockups gäbe. I like to see the paintings that I’ve done framed. It gives me a better idea if they can hold their own. It gives you almost unlimited possibilities. Dass man nun theoretisch die Größe der Bilder einstellen kann, ist sehr gut, stimmt nur nie. Die Größe der exakten Bildgröße ist nie proportional zum Raum. Dazu kommt, dass immer mehr Bilder an der Wand falsch VOR Objekten wie Pflanzen oder Lampen dargestellt werden. Sind vielleicht mehr Vorlagen KI-generiert als angegeben? Wirklich schade. HOWEVER, when I tried to use it on my PC, it showed I only had the “free” version. Sent many emails to customer service with proof attached & all they’ve done is send me responses asking the same question “How can we help you?” These were sent via my email & through their chat. I’ll have no choice but to cancel my membership payment on Monday for their failure to provide what they advertised. I paid for the “Pro” version a year ago because it was advertised as a lifetime upgrade. Now, only a year later, the most interesting new features are locked behind a new “Pro Plus” subscription. So what exactly did “Pro” mean when I bought it? Apparently not much. Changing your business model is one thing. Selling a lifetime upgrade and then quietly moving the real improvements behind a new paywall a year later is another. It feels misleading and frankly quite unprofessional. Super disappointed. I’ve never seen any app dare to do that before.
