Now, it just got updated to a newer version, the camera feature to access my photos from my iPad is not working. It only show that one default image. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, turn on and off my iPad completely but it didn’t change anything. I can’t even find a way to contact support. So now I am contemplating to cancel and request a refund. This is why I only give one star. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this issue caused. We were able to reproduce the problem on an iPad Pro, and we’re happy to let you know that it has now been fixed. We’ve verified that photo and camera access are working correctly on our iPad Pro running iOS 18.1. This fix is included in our latest release, version 1.0.7, which is already available on the App Store. Please update to the newest version and try again on your device. If everything works as expected after the update, we’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating your 1-star review to a rating that better reflects your experience. And it was a pain in my butt. It wouldn’t recognize the VIP status I purchased. but now they’ve really put a lot of work into it and I love it. I use it more than the other apps and it’s affordable. I’m very happy now that I can create the color of my Mat. I’m extremely happy that they put back in the resizing. Image from your collection it’s a lot easier than the pinch and spread. Keep up the great work you guys and keep adding features at an affordable price. Or just grandfather my VIP Price in and then you can charge whatever you want. Just kidding.
