- displays the list of videos saved in your device; 
- tap the screen to start and stop the playback; 
- play the video frame by frame, at half speed or normal speed (forward or reverse mode);
- select the start point with your finger or by using the slider;
- crop the video frame;
- rotate the video in portrait or landscape mode (rotation gesture);

I have seen similar app that provides frame capturing of video, by far Frammer is the best in implementation of GUI gesture and subframe scrubbing. It is fast and breeze to use.

The application seem nice and well designed and promises a lot... But when you start using it you instantly realize that despite the promise it does not allow saving to photo roll. This must be a joke.
