I have been attempting to withdraw since last week Friday. I was being sent to a chatbot that did not understand the issue before I eventually led to the WhatsApp line. I got help from the agent who was as helpful as chat box. Yoh Yoh I am so defeated. I was ignored on WhatsApp I go to Franc then I’m told to not speak to them on two platforms. They have withdrawal limits within a ‘goal’ and charge for transferring money within the same goal. I had to add more money just to meet the minimum withdrawal, only to lose it to fees. I’m still unable to close my account because I need a specific balance to transfer and withdraw everything.
