I grew up in France, speaking French however, I’ve been in the United States for so long and haven’t used it in a while. I was looking at various apps and when I stumbled upon this one, I got excited immediately. Not only is that great for more advanced French speakers/learners but I actually love the Content and you get free PDFs of his lessons. Thank you so much for creating this app and YouTube channel!

Nutze die App seit einem Jahr, insbesondere wenn ich unterwegs bin, außerhalb eines WLANs. Lief bisher sehr gut. Seit ca. Einem Monat stelle ich fest, dass der Datenverbrauch beim Anhören von Podcasts extrem angestiegen ist. Das Anhören über bspw. Spotify braucht deutlich weniger. Nutze die App jetzt erstmal nicht weiter bis das Problem gelöst wird.

I only wish i could save my favorites podcasts in a “list” and not scroll back till two years ago or more. But again i truly love this app and all the work that Johan does! Merci du fond du cœur!❤️🇫🇷

Feature requests:  It would be a great help if we could read the text while listening to the videos.  When videos are playing, you cannot scroll.  Requete pour le prochaine MaJ:  donne nous un moyen d'ecouter à une video et en même temps regarder et lire la transcription STP.

Feature request: 
What’s missing from the App is a way to jump back 15 or 30 seconds to repeat a little bit of the podcast. (Monsieur Johan, s'il te plaît, ajoute ceci pour nous, tes auditeurs, pour le prochain MàJ !)

Review
Johan speaks to you in clear french and only in french using a fairly simple vocabulary. His podcasts are varied, but they are exclusively in french and are transcribed in french for you.  He explains french words an idioms in french - the best possibly way to improve your french comprehension.   You are not going to learn french by listening to someone speaking to you in english.

Also, it would be really help if Johan would organize his podcasts into logical groups… Simple lessons, advanced lessons, and especially if he would separate out and organize his podcasts which describe french expressions and idioms, from his more random (and still entertaining) musings and discussions.  FA is a great tool to increase your aural comprehension.  I cannot recommend his method highly enough, which is to listen to and comprehend A LOT of french.

Thanks for the application, it's very useful! Couple of minuses:
-not all the podcasts have transcript 
-you can't download audio to listen on the go
-the ones before 24.07.13 don't have audio as well
-some links don't work. When you try to click on them, they just crash the app

I live in England and this app is the best way to connect with everyday spoken French by native French speakers using the widest variety of spoken vocabulary that you use in everyday life.
