JT replay videos not reliably available

It would be a wonderful app if the replay videos were available more reliably. As it is, they can be available from 2 hours to 6 hours afterwards, sometimes stubbornly inaccessible (ce direct est terminé). You can delete the app, re-install it, nothing works. It is so infuriating that I have stopped watching on a regular basis. The surveys keep coming, but nothing changes. No way to contact any technical support. Therefore, it gets a one star review from me.
