And always have. But when using the app, it never really loads the page when you try to go to a certain section or category of clothes you're shopping for in, for instance, a clearance page. Even searching a particular item doesn't match up either. Which is why I resort to shopping the Francesca's website instead. It's gone way too long for the app to start working again. It resembles the site itself but certain functions are not yet at par with it. Two things I noted by interacting with the app for few minutes are: 1. Track order - shipping look up- it will show the tracking number but navigation to the provider is not in place 2. User is unable to create an account so the interaction is more personal Again I understand that this is a quick response to needs caused by cov19 and I am looking forward for future enhancements.
