## What is Franco Manca?

Franco Manca is a Neapolitan pizzeria, pioneering sourdough pizza in the UK. We opened our very first pizzeria in Brixton Market, London, and are now open in towns and cities across the UK.




Our dough is made daily. Our seasonal ingredients are sourced from small suppliers across Italy and the UK and our pizzas start from £5.






The Franco Manca app is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to you for supporting our mission to bring slow fast food with real, small supplier ingredients to the UK. Earn your way to free pizza using the app in any of our pizzerias. For every 6 pizzas you buy, enjoy the 7th one on the house. You can also order pizza to collect, view our menu and find your local pizzeria.

Was logged and then told to update the app. Now the app no longer recognises my email for logging in or password reset. Contacted support multiple times and they can’t fix it. Had a free pizza expire because of this.

But they will charge you full service charge without even asking if you were satisfied by the service provided.

Not so much about the app, but there’s no mention of it on the receipt that codes expire after a month. Went to put in 6 codes from receipts last month to find they’re useless.
