Wasted so much time. Plus your prices have gone way up. FM was so good at the beginning. Sad to see it going down the pan. And your Richmond restaurant serves cheap weirdly colored rose wine in tumblers at over a tenner a pop (inc ‘service’) - should be illegal ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-07-26, version 5.2.4* Funny how the app no longer works once I’ve collected enough points for a free meal…. What a con! Guess I’ve got no reason to choose this chain anymore then. ### 1/5 — Registration experience is miserable *2025-07-05* You can’t order a pizza online or through the app without creating an account (there is no guest checkout option), and I tried for 30 minutes to create an account without success. Two factor authentication is forced based on your cell phone. Have arrived at the restaurant with my partner and neither of us have been able to open the app. All other apps work, internet connection is fine and we have 5G signal. This app is a data collection scam - do not use. We will now have to pay full price for a pizza despite the promise of being able to get them for £5. When I tasted your no name pale ale, I was very underwhelmed. A few years back I tried your no name pale ale and it had flavour. I looked on the back of the bottle. Brewed by Shepherd Neame. This is a travesty. I live 5 mikes away from them and know the brewery well. They are capable of brewing decent ale (apparently) but insist on brewing for old men who are frightened of beer that tastes of anything. Your clientele are not old men. Go for something more in the vein of a Beavertown pale, or for a volume brewer - Adnams, whose Ghostship is a volume beer but very good and always popular. Or Oakham’s Citra. Almost anything would be better than this Whitstable Bay taste-alike. Fab pizza as always. It gives absolutely no feedback when it does this, which makes it incredibly frustrating.
