This app is constantly crashing and always needs you to sign in again. Whoever designed this needs to stop what they’re doing 😹

Face unlock doesn’t work. Really the entire app appears to be non functional. I know my franchise is starting the migration over but this app appears to be horrible and outdated.

Whether on the PC or on the App this is worthless software.  I can’t believe any legit franchise would buy this crap; I think it was programmed in the 1990’s.  Our franchisees barely use it.

As others said, log in issues. Asks for Touch ID then goes to manual log in page. Absolutely won’t work without manually logging in every time. No issues with other apps so I know this one is the problem. Removing it, not worth the space it takes up on my Home Screen.

Logging into the app is a joke. You use your Face ID to loin to have it ask your company, then kicks you back out to log in with your actual login information to make you verify your company again. Seriously dumb.

Once you are able to login, the app functions OKAY. The login procedure is horrendous. Goes in a complete circle. Even when “Face ID” is enabled. The password is needed EVERY time. Even with the correct password, the app needs to be closed and restarted. Frustrating.
