Claims it’s not a chat bot and gives you goals to achieve and see and occasional “ messages” so far all it is, is “ Frank” sending you messages of the same thing over and over again about ur hrv and protein.

Frank gave me one step to complete the evening that I downloaded the app, one step for the following day and then said that there were no other steps, just to repeat those 2 steps over and over, and that I wouldn’t be hearing from him again.

This app is beyond amazing!! It not only helps me with my exercise routines but it helps with my diabetes and chronic kidney disease it takes into account my limitations on what foods I can and should not eat to have the best outcome possible. It kicks my butt in gear if I am not sleeping enough and it is reassuring when I am just best and need a break. I have never seen an app that included all parts of my health journey. Literally #1 app !!!
