I called the store to ask if anyone was delivering my order, and they said they didn't know and told me to come pick it up myself. But I had already paid for delivery, and I couldn't drive to the store. Then they said they would cancel the order -- and by that time, it was already after 9:30 p.m. I had nothing to eat that night. A week later, I checked my bank account and saw that they charged me but never refunded the money. I called the store -- the first time, they said they didn't know and would call me back (they never did). The second time, the employee said the manager wasn't there. The third time, I finally spoke with the manager, and he said he would "call the app company to check." I waited two more days -- no one called me. I called again, and another employee said the manager wasn't in. Today, I called five times -- no one picked up. They took my money and never gave me my food. This is completely unacceptable! Updated I called them many times today. The last time, a lady answered the phone. She kept telling me that the manager wasn't there. But the first time I called, he was there until they closed. I told her that they took my money and didn't give it back, and she hung up on me. ### 5/5 — Best (and only) restaurant for korean corn dogs *2025-10-23* This place is a bit pricey for me but the app and food makes it worth it. The mozzarella sticks are always hot and crispy and the chicken burgers are also crispy and hot.
