One for me and one for my hubby. Even though staff scan the barcode the coffees don’t record in the app. I bought 2 yesterday and 2 today but none of them were recorded. It was frustrating me so much I just removed the app from my phone. ### 1/5 — Stamps not working *2024-02-14* On my first purchase I bought two coffees, it worked and appeared on the app almost instantly. I have since purchased another two coffees, in separate transactions and they both haven’t not appeared after a number of days. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2023-10-10* Absolutely pathetic customer support. Emailed numerous times and not even the common courtesy to reply. ### 1/5 — Can’t use app *2023-03-28* There is no barcode in the app to scan every time I buy a coffee? ### 1/5 — Can’t use app *2022-02-09* I have downloaded app but when I bought coffee at self scan checkout I couldn’t register the purchases on the app. I took receipt and app to a member of staff at another checkout and whilst they were very helpful, they couldn’t get it to work. Firstly train your franchises how it works. However, I collected enough to get a free coffee and I added a further stamp. I tried to redeem my free coffee but it had disappeared! I contacted frank and honest but never received a response.
