You need to attach a free phone number so people can actually talk to you. You are without a doubt the hardest company to contact!!! ### 2/5 — Very basic and not user-friendly *2024-07-31, version 6.64.0* I would have thought twice about switching to Frank if I had known how bad the app was. There is no way to get your meter readings (in the app or on the website), no way to see the separate readings when you have multiple meters, and if you want to see the hourly breakdown of your usage it only loads one day at a time so in practice you can never go back more than a couple of days ### 5/5 — POWER SUPPLIER *2024-04-22, version 6.59.0* I connected with Frank after a recommendation from a friend as Frank offers the cheapest power in comparison with others in my area. There was a stumble at the start of our connection. Due to two houses on the same driveway and power box number confusion. The last year plus has been great. Requested a call back just to be put back on hold for 20 minutes. Paper invoice received 5 days after the due date instead of 5 days before due date. They really want you to do everything online which some people can’t do. All they want is your money and they don’t care about customers.
