I’m so excited to have a Pepe’s near me now. BUT, the app is not as good as the pizza. I order the same thing almost all the time during the summertime (fresh tomato pie) and I like to add some customizations (add chicken, broccoli, litely baked). The app gives you the option to select a particular order as your favorite, which I have tried to do many times, but I can’t see any saved favorites on the app. Why have the option if it’s not going to work? Also, there is always a glitch when I want to add my reward balances to a particular order. It will only add a portion of the total reward balance that I have and then the rest of my reward balance will be lost. Now it’s under included toppings and just a check mark with only light, normal, and extra options. Kitchen had no indication I unchecked the sauce box on my order and made my pie wrong. I went there on Thursday to pick up some pizza and watch the baseball playoffs. I got the medium fall special and was disappointed of the way it was made. Hard pizza crust, missing a lot of toppings along the edge of pie and there wasn’t enough toppings on it. The veggie pizza was better. I usually get the special with all meat but to get the $5.00 off, I tried it. Never again!! I don’t even like the whole tomato pie during the summer! The tomatoes should be sliced not chucks! The restaurant at Mohegan Sun is good and also the Wooster Street New Haven spot. Thanks for letting me say what I feel!
