I haven’t been there in a while. Dying for a delicious roasted red pepper pizza. I ordered it. Everyone was wonderful. The Manager came over to help me to install the app. This time I was very disappointed my pizza was overcooked to the point that It was dry. I got scraps of peppers... It seemed like mostly the skin of the peppers. I know you can do a better job. I know what you’re capable of, and this is not your character! Unfortunately it limits you to 24 characters and doesn’t tell you until you try and save it. There is also no indicator that shows the remaining characters as you type the name. My password is longer than that, so the app is unusable. I just ordered via the web. Pepe’s is awesome, but if they’re dead-set on using insecure passwords instead of secure passwords (or better yet, Passkeys or some other passwordless solution), I’ll just keep ordering through their mobile website. ### 1/5 — Where’s The Pizza *2023-06-16* So I ordered 2 pies for delivery. I had to bring my Golden Retriever to be put down later in the afternoon, and he loves Pepe’s, so this would have been his last meal. The pizza was delivered to the wrong house! The driver would not answer the phone. The Driver was from Uber Direct. I called Pepe’s and the girl that answered the phone said “ there is nothing I can do for you, you have to call DoorDash”. Are you for real??? I had to demand a manager to get a refund. Why???? ### 1/5 — Can’t get past Home Screen! *2023-05-29* No options on Home Screen for a menu to sign in. I can vaguely see a let’s get started on the way bottom of the Home Screen but it’s not big enough to click on, maybe this app not setup for auto zoom or phones with larger text size.
