### 1/5 — Horrible app! Always crashing

I am a dog groomer, my employer uses this app. I say about 87% of the time when I put in a note and it goes to the “play a game screen” I know it’s going to crash.  Lately I’ve been copying the note because there’s no reliability in this app and I was getting frustrated with having to retype everything. I wish my employer never got rid of Daysmart, it was a well oiled machine.

I’m not sure what happened. When I first got the app it was awful and it would barely even load anything and then there was an update that fixed absolutely everything. It was amazing, no lag, no getting stuck loading. It just worked. It was like this for months and then all of a sudden it reverted back and now every week there’s an update that breaks the app. I use it because it’s what my company uses but if I had the choice I definitely would not.

The look of the app is nice, if the issues could be fixed it would be amazing but I’ve submitted a ticket and gotten nowhere. 
All bugs in the app: 
-Book at least a year in advance, cannot book past one month out. 
-When a provider is not scheduled to work you cannot book an appointment or block a time on their book. (This you can do on the website).
- A week view option for a single stylist at a time. 
- Smaller grid to see more on the phone screen  
-Can’t cancel appointments on the app. 
Not sure how else to communicate and get these issues fixed.

It would be ideal to be able to view your schedule in a week view instead of just per day when looking at just one service provider. It would also help to be able to edit an appointment in case certain services need to be added or taken out etc.

The mobile app is extremely sluggish, to the point where it’s nearly unusable. Tasks that should be quick and simple end up, taking far too long, which makes it difficult to rely on the app for day-to-day operation.

I can’t find anywhere else to leave feedback so please PLEASE fix the issue on the desktop version where you can’t scroll sideways through the schedule while booking. You can only see the first two or three employees who are on the schedule and it doesn’t let you scroll to see the others. Which is insanely annoying, difficult, and unfair to the groomers that I can’t see. Please please please fix this. I will delete this one star review when it’s fixed. And while you’re at it please change it back so that the dog breed, weight, and age are a different size font and therefore easily distinguishable on the appointment summaries.
