That is not an easy feat to achieve. The app freezes every time I open it. So move along. Open an account with any other bank and get an app that works. ### 1/5 — Worst Bank and App Ever *2024-02-25, version 13.4* I've been with Alfransi for over a decade, enduring a rocky start with the app that eventually improved. But now, it's just terrible. I can't even access my account; every time I try to log in, it just keeps buffering endlessly, and after a few minutes, I get an error message. This has been going on for weeks, despite contacting the bank multiple times. Even worse, I'm currently abroad and I attempted several Apple Pay transactions, but they were declined. Thinking nothing of it, as it's a common occurrence with this bank, I usually receive a text immediately notifying me of the refunded amount, or I could login and see that the money is still there. However, this time, no refund was received even after weeks. Upon informing the bank, they instructed me to call, which I couldn't do. So, I arranged for my brother to visit a branch and inquire about the situation. Shockingly, the bank employee admitted the money wasn't there but couldn't provide any assistance. When my brother asked if the money was on hold, the response was simply that it wasn't; it had vanished inexplicably. This situation is utterly perplexing. He is the conversation with a bank employee that left us baffled: Bank Employee: "I can see that the money is not there, but I cannot help you with that." Brother: "Well, is the money on hold or something?" Bank Employee: "No, it’s not. It’s just not there anymore!" This response makes no sense to me. Despite my attempts to reach out via email and messages through social media accounts, asking for a clarification or at least a call on my non-Saudi number to resolve the issue, they haven't responded at all, their only response was call us, even after I informed them that I have no way to call, and asked them to call me instead. I'm at my wit's end, and once I'm back home, I'm filing a formal complaint with SAMA, let them deal with the bank, and get this sorted out. I am done dealing with this!!
