Latest updates broke all three sets of rules.  Instant crashes on launch.

iPad 2 on iOS 7.1.2.

About 2 years ago, Rule 4(b) was amended to expand the time for filing an appeal from 10 to 14 days.  This app does not include the amendment.  In what other respects is it out of date?  I'm giving mine back 'til the manufacturer proves that they typed in the right rules!
