Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting on your journey, the Frasers Fit app is perfect for helping you achieve your goals. 

Track your progress and body metrics, link your wearables, log stats and compare with colleagues. 

The app offers access to pre-loaded workouts you can filter based on your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. 

With its user-friendly interface, Frasers Fit empowers you to take part in challenges, follow community pages, and stay motivated on your journey towards a healthier you!

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
