Bought a top cost £80.99 plus £4.99 delivery. My app actually says my total bill is 120.22. The won’t reply to my app concerns and I have no contact numbers to call to discuss it. Sorry but I am not paying for a bogus plan!!! ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointing — unexpected charges *2026-08-13, version 1.103.0* Extremely disappointing — unexpected charges I would strongly advise people to think twice before using this app. I was told that I could download the app, upload my information, use the service, and pay the amount due later. I followed those instructions and expected the payment to be taken after the agreed period. After about a month, I received a notification that my payment was due, so I was prepared to pay the original amount. However, I was then told that the payment had been missed/was overdue, even though I had not been properly informed that my payment details were not available or that there was a problem processing the payment. As a result, I was charged an additional £14, and the amount I expected to pay was around £35 but ended up being more than £50. I feel this charge was completely unfair because I was not given adequate notice or a clear opportunity to resolve the payment issue before being charged extra. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. 0/10 from me. Four times I have cleared my balance each and every time the following day payment is returned to my account! It seems the only way you can make a payment is to telephone their automated payment system, which is a little bit painful. It’s not worth the small bit of credit for the interest they charge! Nothing is clear or transparent — it’s awkward and stressful. The company should be ashamed of themselves; it’s clearly designed this way on purpose to take advantage of people who need to buy things on credit. These are the people it’s taking advantage of most. I only took out an account with Frasers because it allows you to return items directly to store. Late/missed payment charges are excessive, and customer service is unhelpful when you try to sort things out — again, it feels like it’s set up this way on purpose to squeeze extra money out of people. I haven’t come across another app that operates like this. Avoid if you can. I think my balance is cleared but the app doesn’t confirm this- it’s confusing and misleading. When I contacted them I got a robot that just kept repeating irrelevant information.
