Frayso is the habit tracker you can't cheat. Set a goal, then prove you actually did it - with a photo, an NFC tag, your steps, a timer, or your location. No more tapping a checkbox from your bed and going back to sleep

Home, rebuilt around today.

• Today's goals sit in one tableau, grouped by challenge and ordered by what's due next — "Day 12 of 30" on every group, and the crew's proofs ticking off as they land.
• Close the day: once everything is proved, Home stamps it PROVED, names tomorrow's first deadline and hands you a share card.
• Streak at risk: from 6 PM, a goal still owed today with a live streak says so on its card — with Freeze right there for Pro.
• One daily reminder, in the window you chose — Morning, Day or Evening — editable any time under Notifications.
• Tap a push about a check-in, a reaction or a comment and you land on that proof, not on a stats grid.
• The activity feed leads with the person; the deed is a card under them — day dividers, proof badges, photos that open full-frame, and Report or Block for a photo you shouldn't be seeing.

• The challenge screen opens on today. The poster, the signed contract and the crew's polaroids are one tap away on the "Day 2 of 28" strip.

Timer 2.0 — the run leaves the app.

• Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: the run shows up live — the challenge's ring, the goal, the countdown, and one button to pause or continue right there.
• Real time, not screen time. Lock the phone, close the app, come back — the timer kept its own clock, and the check-in lands at the finish instant.
• Pause when life happens, up to two hours in total.
• Phone in your pocket? The run still closes on time and the crew still sees the proof.
• The day rule: a session that would finish past midnight or past your deadline says so before it starts.
• Apple Watch drives the same run as your phone, and the widget's timer row shows a live ring.
