It’s very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Stay away from this app *2023-02-10, version 2.3.3* The sign up process is trashed. There is background fee, and a guy name Jesus L keep sending e-mail and texting you to ask for your Social security card Picture so they can run a background check even though you gave them your social security number. This people look like they are selling people information. I’m sure the team is behind this company can do better with the processing. You should never have to pay for your own job, that’s ridiculous. I suggest trying out the software on some of these other delivery apps and take tips from them. IMO try out Uber Eats or something legit and similar. They do a great job with how they process and deal with their employees/drivers. Not Doordash though, the app and support is below mediocre. ### 1/5 — Match *2023-01-11, version 2.3.3* Terrible app. Algorithm is awful. I get a thousand notifications about a match and when I click it it’s gone. I’ll be in the app waiting for an order on the match screen. Get a notification about a match but nothing shows up on the screen. Once again terrible app for consistent income. At the end of the process is where you are told that the service is not available in your area. You are given a list of locations. This is a rip off because FRAYT knows already before what area’s they are servicing. Location availability should be good before application fee. I want my money back. ### 1/5 — Asking for Background check twice?? *2023-10-02* After going through the WHOLE process of submitting my personal info, details of my car, and paying for the background check a month ago, now they’re asking me to pay for another background a month later??? Just trash ### 1/5 — Bots are snatching jobs! *2023-06-15* No sooner than a notification pop ups on my phone. You click it and the job has apparently been accepted by another drive. How? So fast! Even when I’m in the app and receive a notification, the job is gone. Not sure what this is about but I haven been able to grab not one job. ### 1/5 — Drivers nightmare *2023-05-24* The only problem I have with the app is that you send out a job alert and within a nano second the job is gone. All other freight apps give you a delay or timer to respond. I can’t get any faster than a nanosecond. The way the jobs are distributed is flawed on the app. ### 1/5 — Background check scam *2023-04-01* Just like the other review from users regarding the Background Check ($35), it’s a scam. This joke of a company should let you know if you are eligible first and if there is work available in my area. I’m not chancing paying the $35 fee, no other courier service does this. There’s tons of delivery apps, none of them ask for my credit card to charge me. I personally think this company is great to work with. The app could sometimes be glitchy if you know how to navigate it correctly though. Other than that I like Frayt. I do have to say their isn’t much demand with Frayt in my market place, but when when I do see an order release I would snatch it right away as their pay is always decent. Unlike other last mile delivery app Frayt’s customers service is right there when you need by touch of a button. Overall, I really would give this company a 10/10 just hope that they would be more frequent with orders if that would be the case this company would be my priority for last mile delivery as a driver :) ### 5/5 — I just start driving with them *2023-06-30* I like it so far ### 5/5 — Just right! *2020-10-19, version 2.0.3* Frayt is just right for when I want to drive. Even on the weekends, you can hop in your vehicle and make some money. Great app with lots of support if I need it. I’m so frustrated, I need help. Also there’s literally a city right next to me and the app always says no Match, how I can drive their in 10 minutes, UGH. ### 4/5 — Cool app *2022-09-01, version 2.2.3* Jobs vary from week to week. One week there are lots of jobs and the next the job are a few a day. Pay is on time. You complete a job. Then most times your payed the next day. I like Frayt because I can deliver more than order. I wish there were jobs in the area we deliver too. Also in the app after you arrived I wish could take the picture first and than sign. Minus another star for sending repeated alerts for jobs that were taken a long time ago. Always get paid the next day, so that’s good. There is some work available but the bots snag the good runs.
