I don’t have access to prospects can update details of clients. Obviously we get to see inventory, cost and pricing. •What would really bring new life to this app is ability to edit costs. If we could add cost and recon through the app that would be a game changer. •The next game changer would be the ability to look up customers. -pending/active deals -sold customers These 2 things are not a big ask and would go a long way to help make better use of the Sidekick. Please consider adding these!!!! ### 5/5 — Always welcoming of feedback *2023-07-11, version 4.0.6* As a long-term user, I want to commend Frazer along with its representatives in just the last week. Like others I do not welcome change when something is “working”. Change though, is sometimes required by Frazer when Apple updates their operating systems. That sometimes will force changes that we’re not necessarily desiring. Just in the last seven days each of my requests have been responded to in a timely fashion. Thank you again. Carl ### 1/5 — Why the Update???? *2023-06-30, version 4.0.2* The app was perfect, then y’all go and ruin it with this terrible update. Now anybody can see costs and the platform looks terrible and jammed up all together. The way it was before was just right. ### 3/5 — New update *2023-06-23, version 4.0.0* So you did an update. Why? Now I can’t see price on the main screen. The vins of vehicles are not completely shown now …. Price on the screen was great because I could scroll to the 10 to 15k cars and not have to hit everyone to see the price. Wasting time now having to hit the pic to open the vehicle then hit the price tab to see price. Everything was easier with just the way it was. Swiping was great. Also now can’t zoom pictures. Come on guys did you ask anyone on the car business about these changes before you did them?
