So at this point it’s not useable for our company which is a huge bummer. ### 2/5 — Photos fail to upload *2020-10-07, version 3.1.2* Most times it fails uploading pictures and adding inventory. Once I add a vehicle it will say pending, when I close the app and open it up, the vehicle I add is no longer there... ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work... *2019-07-24, version 3.0.2* Have had an issue uploading photos and cars for the last month, no one in customer support can figure out the problem. The 3.0.2 update was supposed to fix it, but it didn’t. It’s difficult to see anything beside your inventory and it would be great to see information on sales and general financial reporting. ### 2/5 — Photo Uploading *2019-03-21, version 2.11.5* You can not upload photos in the order you select them or take them. After photos have uploaded, you have to go back into the app to arrange in the order you want. ### 2/5 — Functional. Sometimes. *2019-03-15, version 2.11.5* It operates as a good inventory management and compiles information in a very intuitive way. However the UI leaves a lot to be desired. VIN scanning is an excellent feature poorly implemented, as it is very buggy. If your phone is oriented landscape mode when the camera is accessed, it auto rotates the camera view orientation but not the actual camera orientation. Difficult to understand without seeing it done but the only way to resolve is to force close the app as it does not reorient after. When it DOES orient properly, 60% of the time the app crashes or the camera crashes (view suddenly goes white). If like me you get irritated after attempting to use the camera repeatedly and just want to type it in, after being in landscape mode, the keyboard does not sit below the typed line, but rather at a 90 degree angle. This is only fixable by force closing the app. Minor bugs that are just moderately annoying is search bar does not auto erase after closing app, search feature does NOT recognize a space key (example if I want to search for a 2015 Ford F-150, you either type “2015” “Ford” or “F-150” as it will list no results if a space is used.), using the search feature scrolls below the list of all cars leaving a blank view until you scroll up. Lastly car information can simply be random, specially transmission type (automatic, manual, etc). Ways to make this a phenomenal app would be to fix the bugs, especially the camera centric ones. Features to add would be a way to change a listing (like if mileage was entered wrong or a VIN entered incorrectly) and the ability to view pending car entries. ### 3/5 — Helpful that we now have a mobile app *2018-10-19, version 2.10.3* However, please add a grid feature on the camera so we can use the rule of thirds to take even, accurate photos. Look forward to using the app, and I also look forward to Frazer improving it. I don’t have access to prospects can update details of clients. Now anybody can see costs and the platform looks terrible and jammed up all together. It’s had great potential but Frazer dropped the ball. I have cars on the app from 2018. Like others I do not welcome change when something is “working”. Change though, is sometimes required by Frazer when Apple updates their operating systems. That sometimes will force changes that we’re not necessarily desiring. Just in the last seven days each of my requests have been responded to in a timely fashion. Thank you again. The vins of vehicles are not completely shown now …. Price on the screen was great because I could scroll to the 10 to 15k cars and not have to hit everyone to see the price. Wasting time now having to hit the pic to open the vehicle then hit the price tab to see price. Everything was easier with just the way it was. Swiping was great. Also now can’t zoom pictures. Come on guys did you ask anyone on the car business about these changes before you did them?
