Got the app because the weekly ad wouldn't load correctly on mobile. But when you try to look at the ad on the app IT JUST TAKES YOU TO THE SITE. AND TELLS YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE APP WHILE USING THE APP. Absolutely worthless trash, whoever designed their app should be fired.

Unless you pre-plan your entire shopping trip around exactly how you’re going to use the app discounts, don’t expect this to do anything to save you money. This is not like a standard grocery store rewards program. Every time I open the app at the register, the employees have no idea what to do with it. When I ask for help they get frustrated and impatient, as if I am personally holding up their line. I’m sure that the intensities of this app are good, but so far it’s only cost me time and made me extremely uncomfortable in public.

I love Frazier Farms!   Produce is always fresh and there is a variety of organic and nonorganic.  Great selection of meat, the deli choices are creative and tasty!  Employees are friendly and helpful!  I think this store attracts kind people!  It seems as though shoppers I encounter are almost always polite.  I love this store and everything about it!
