I ordered jeans based on their size chart exchanged once due to poor fit and the second size also did not fit. Despite this my return was refused under policy and customer service was unhelpful. For a recognised Indian brand this level of service is unacceptable. Thank you Freakins for teaching me that once you take a customer’s money support no longer matters. I lost my money and trust. Will not purchase again. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-12-30, version 5.0.0(25)* They are running a scam, selling cheap quality products at high prices and when you buy them they won’t even let you to return it only exchange, even thou they have explicitly written in the description 7-day return/exchange. But in the policy they have written that return/exchange on selected products just so you cannot sue them in court but you won’t know beforehand which products are they talking about. In one instance, I proactively called the assigned executive who was assigned my pickup on the app and he clearly said he doesn’t handle pickups in my area, yet he still updated the status as “customer not reachable.” This morning, the same thing happened again, and now the pickup has been cancelled for the third time. I’ve stayed home all day, kept my phone on full network, and done everything on my end, yet I’m being penalized due to repeated service failures. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t lose their return eligibility because of poor logistics management.
