They have a great collection of clothes, but the sizing is completely off. I ordered my usual size, but everything I got was too big and lengthy. It's like they sell clothes that are the opposite of what they show on their website. To make matters worse, the return and refund process was a nightmare. I tried to initiate a return, but it was a hassle, and I wasn't able to get a refund. The whole experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. *Advice:* If you're considering buying from this brand, be prepared for sizing issues and a potentially frustrating return process. I ordered jeans based on their size chart exchanged once due to poor fit and the second size also did not fit. Despite this my return was refused under policy and customer service was unhelpful. For a recognised Indian brand this level of service is unacceptable. Thank you Freakins for teaching me that once you take a customer’s money support no longer matters. I lost my money and trust. But in the policy they have written that return/exchange on selected products just so you cannot sue them in court but you won’t know beforehand which products are they talking about. In one instance, I proactively called the assigned executive who was assigned my pickup on the app and he clearly said he doesn’t handle pickups in my area, yet he still updated the status as “customer not reachable.” This morning, the same thing happened again, and now the pickup has been cancelled for the third time. I’ve stayed home all day, kept my phone on full network, and done everything on my end, yet I’m being penalized due to repeated service failures. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t lose their return eligibility because of poor logistics management. But on the website it is showing it is available so freakins is literally misleading and not letting me exchange the product and since 4 days its showing out of stock allthough in reality it is in stock! My friend placed an order for the same jeans after 2 days and she ordered 2 pair of jeans and it got placed successfully meaning the brand is lying to us!!!!!!! I have been emailing them but in response they are giving me system generated replies what the hell??? Take an action asap!
